International Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enhance sales of logos, websites, and mobile applications in international markets.
- Market Expansion: Identify, establish, and nurture new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand our global footprint and increase market share.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed both monthly and quarterly sales targets to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team to align sales efforts with the company’s branding and design capabilities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our logo, website, and mobile application offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve and refine the sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- International Market Analysis: Analyze international markets to identify key trends, potential gaps, and areas for strategic market penetration.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to collectively achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in online design sales or a related field.
- Prior experience of working in a similar capacity (Call Center Experience)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Innovative and goal-driven with a keen interest in design and digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
