Job Description
*Hiring for US-based client firm.
Location: Islamabad
Timing: Night shift (Onsite)
Salary: PKR 200K+
What’s the role?
In this position, you’ll work with operations team on data-driven projects, generating quotes, and onboarding new customers, while making competitive pay. Success measured by being process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel, and relevant tools. Full-time and long-term role.
Responsibilities:
- Owning successful completion of operations projects.
- Following established processes and delivering consistent results.
- Achieving and exceeding project goals.
- Managing time effectively to complete daily goals.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English speaking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience in high-growth startup
- Eye for detail, methodical, and well-organized
- Competency in word processing, spreadsheet, and voice call software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong recruitment-related intuition and interpersonal skills
- Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Team player, able to work independently
- Tech-savvy
