Job Descriptions:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and energetic Night Shift Sales Ace to join our dynamic team. With a focus on closing sales for our U.S.-based B2B services, we require someone with at least 3 years of solid experience in sales, particularly in a closing role. This position is tailored for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working U.S. hours. Your primary goal will be to seal the deal with potential clients, representing our innovative call center solutions to the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct engagement with potential clients to close sales deals.
- Mastery of sales pitches and the ability to adapt them to various client needs.
- Skilfully handle objections and navigate client concerns to a successful close.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Seamlessly coordinate with our in-house team for client onboarding post-sale.
- Continuously refine sales techniques and strategies for better closure rates.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and sales best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven record in closing deals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Comfortable working in the night shift to align with U.S. business hours.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
