Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Specialist to join our team and help drive our IT services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling IT services to businesses, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in the assigned market
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of IT services to prospective clients
- Coordinate and participate in client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitive activities, and industry news
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and ongoing support
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling IT services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of IT services and related technologies is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
