• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for international hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and create role-specific recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international hiring laws and regulations.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on international recruitment.
• Proficient in recruiting across multiple regions and understanding diverse cultural employment norms.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in at least one additional language preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with international employment laws and visa regulations.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
