Job Description
Summary:
The Inventory and Procurement Analyst role at Murkez Technologies involves maintaining accurate accounting of inventory costs, procurement spending, and transactions. Collaboration with operations and procurement teams is crucial to optimize inventory management and financial health.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite.
- Reconcile inventory accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory turnover and identify slow-moving items.
- Review and process purchase orders, matching invoices.
- Analyze procurement spending for cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels and valuation.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years accounting experience with focus on inventory and procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
