Job Description
Robust Support & Solutions is looking for a committed “Live Support Specialist” to join our Karachi office, located in PECHS, BLOCK 6. This is a full-time role with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM CST (8 PM to 5 AM PKT), six days a week.
The key responsibilities of this role include managing inventory, processing discounts and refunds, and providing technical assistance to our clients. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and possess strong organizational skills.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or customer support
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
