Job Description
Job Role: We are looking for a highly qualified Investment Analyst with Transaction Advisory experience in M&A, Private Equity, and Financial Advisory. The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree from a top-tier university and preferably has an MBA or finance master’s. Possession of CFA or CAIA designation is advantageous.
The role will be based in Doha, Qatar, with frequent travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and screen investment opportunities
- Prepare investment memorandums, financial models, and documentation
- Engage in all transaction processes from screening to closing
- Participate in due diligence processes
- Support investment structuring and execution
- Monitor financial performance of investee companies
- Prepare financial reports and recommendations
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Financial Advisory
- Master’s Degree (MBA or finance)
- CFA or CAIA preferred
- Deal involvement in term sheets, LOI, SHA, and SPA
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Fluent in English
