Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ISO Coordinator to join our team at Hub Industrial Trading Estate. As an ISO Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO standards. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Coordinate and maintain documentation control, including version control and archiving
- Assist in the implementation of quality reports and metrics
- Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Conduct internal audits and management reviews
- Ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (ISO coordination or quality management)
- Proven experience in writing SOPs and quality reports
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
