Job Description
Emeriosoft is looking for a skilled IT Administrator to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and supporting our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing desktop and network support, ensuring robust system security, and facilitating technology upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support desktop and laptop computers.
- Assist staff with hardware and software utilization.
- Diagnose network issues and implement effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and VoIP systems.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, strong networking capabilities, and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices are essential.
