Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Admin Executive to join our team at Brillanz Group. As the IT Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure and systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems.
- Manage and maintain IT assets like computers, servers, and peripherals.
- Set up user accounts and permissions.
- Ensure network connectivity and security.
- Perform system updates, backups, and helpdesk support.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and services.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure data security.
- Assist with audiovisual equipment setup and training.
- Stay updated on IT trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of IT admin experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and office software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- IT certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus.
