Job Description
We’re hiring for the position of IT & Admin Executive at our office in Bahria Town Lahore, Pakistan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong IT fundamentals
- Knowledge of OS and networking
- Experience in handling administrative tasks
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Install OS and apply updates
- Configure USB and network printers
- Troubleshoot network and APS issues
- Resolve desktop hardware and virtual machine problems
- Provide technical support on-site and remotely
- Respond to IT support tickets and service requests internationally
- Assist in administrative tasks and vendor management
