Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT administrator at Kohistan Builders & Developers in Wah Cantonment. The IT administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for various IT systems. They will also be involved in customer service activities, such as responding to user inquiries and providing training to employees on IT systems.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Information Technology
- Install Monitor IP cameras.
- BS/BCS/FSC/DAE diploma (preferable)
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to provide training on IT systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of software and hardware installation and configuration
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
