Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and self-organized IT Admin to join our client in Dubai. As an IT Admin, you will manage all IT Systems, such as Microsoft 365 and JIRA. Responsibilities include software subscription tracking, system maintenance, and cybersecurity policy enforcement. Candidate must be open to relocating to Dubai later.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of software, hardware, and networks
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructures
  • User Management and workstation setup
  • Fixing IT issues and ensuring security protocols
  • Training employees on IT topics
  • Developing internal technical documentation and manuals
  • Experience in DevOps

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a system or network administrator
  • Bachelor’s degree in information or computer science
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, JIRA, and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of databases, networks, and patch management
  • Proficiency in system security and data backup
  • Ability to create scripts and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 and strong English language skills
