Job Description
Efficiently install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Vigilantly monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, addressing issues promptly.
Respond swiftly to service issues and requests, providing effective solutions.
Deliver technical support in-person and over the phone, set up accounts for new users.
Diagnose and repair equipment issues, test new technology, and support network security measures.
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Skills & Tools: Logical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, stick to deadlines, attention to detail.
Experience Required: 1-2 years of professional experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Location: 2nd Floor, Plaza No. 26, Sharif Square, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad.
