Job Description
TTC Amigos BPO LLC is seeking a talented IT Administrator & Network Specialist to manage our IT infrastructure and ensure seamless network operations. This on-site position requires a proactive individual willing to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage servers, hardware, and user accounts.
- Maintain secure network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support.
- Conduct system updates and security audits.
- Plan and execute IT projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience in IT administration and networking.
- Proficiency in networking protocols.
