Job Description
- Develop and implement IT asset management policies and procedures
- Track and manage all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT assets
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
- Monitor and enforce compliance with software licensing agreements
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for proper asset tracking and budgeting
- Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and integrity
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to IT assets
- Provide reports and analysis on IT asset utilization, performance, and cost
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies in IT asset management
