Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Assistant to join our team at Faisal Movers Bus Service. In this role, you will respond to requests for technical assistance both via phone and through our electronic ticketing system. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and adhering to standard help desk procedures to log interactions and administer help desk software.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs60,00.00.
