Role Description:
- Technical support, information technology, and troubleshooting skills
- Printer support experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IT systems and software
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- CCNA will be preferred
