Role Description:

  • Technical support, information technology, and troubleshooting skills
  • Printer support experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • CCNA will be preferred
