Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking an IT Associate with a strong technical background and a high achievement focus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, providing exceptional first-level support and event management.
Responsibilities include proactively engaging with Site End Users, delivering effective service, and notifying Service Desk and IT teams of any service outages or major incidents.
Requirements: BCS and at least 3 years of relevant technical support experience. Certifications like CCNA or MCSE are a plus. Experience in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting is desirable.

Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
