Job Description

Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day first level support & event management.
- Engage proactively with Site End Users to deliver effective service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Service Desk team & Head Office IT on service unavailability and major incidents.
Qualifications:
- BCS with at least 3 years of Technical Support experience.
- Relevant Certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
- Experience in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting is desirable.
