Job Description
Vize BPO is seeking a skilled and motivated Dialer Administrator & IT Specialist to enhance our customer contact center operations. The ideal candidate will manage dialer systems and IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer dialer systems, monitor performance, and manage campaigns.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and maintain hardware and software.
- Ensure security and integrity of data across systems.
Requirements:
- Experience with dialer systems and IT support in a call center.
- Strong telemarketing operations knowledge.
- Relocation or reliable commuting to Rawalpindi.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
