Job Description
Are you a skilled IT Engineer with a passion for technology and problem-solving? We are seeking a talented IT Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will play a key role in maintaining our infrastructure, supporting our IT operations, and contributing to the development of new solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting with the IT manager to discuss system needs.
- Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
- Installing software and networking systems.
- Troubleshooting network and software/hardware issues.
- Installing high-level software security systems.
- Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
- Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Responding to general IT requests.
- Ensuring security software is kept up to date.
- To ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time.
- Assist other teams for resolving customer queries and tickets.
- Remote Installations of software and applications.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Provide general engineering support to all departments.
- Perform all tasks as identified by the department manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in the IT/networking field.
- Knowledge of computer software/hardware systems.
- Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, and Office software.
- Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
