Objectives:
The IT Executive role involves managing the company’s IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, and optimizing technology resources.
Job Description:
- Install and configure staff computer systems.
- Respond to IT support requests.
- Diagnose and resolve software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Provide technical support on-site or remotely.
- Repair hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for smooth IT operation.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science, and proven experience in enterprise technical support or as a technical engineer.
Location:
Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
