Job Description
Luciddatas is seeking a customer-oriented IT Help Desk Representative to join our team. As an IT Help Desk Representative, you will provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly.
In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, install and configure software and hardware, and assist with network issues. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and escalate issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and clients
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Assist with network issues and connectivity problems
- Communicate with users to understand and diagnose issues
- Provide guidance and solutions to technical problems
- Maintain records of technical issues and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Representative
- Strong technical background in hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Customer-focused with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCITP are a plus
