Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk professional to join our team. As an IT Helpdesk staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees regarding computer systems, software, and hardware issues.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT concepts, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer support role is preferred.
