Job Description
MARS Healthcare Network is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support to clients and internal users, resolving technical issues within agreed SLAs
- Conduct training on RIS and corporate applications, offer product demos
- Manage service requests, handle user queries through online tickets, calls, and emails
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and project requests
- Update management on critical IT issues for quick resolution
- Maintain ticket status in service desk software, provide updates to supervisors
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years in IT support or similar role
- Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with healthcare IT systems like PACS, RIS is advantageous
