Job Description
The IT HelpDesk Representative is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users who are experiencing IT issues. Duties may include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing and maintaining computer systems, and resolving network issues.
Key skills for this role include strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of IT systems and applications. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
