Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions.
- Managing and maintaining network and server infrastructure.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure issues.
- Collaborating with other teams to integrate systems and support business needs.
- Implementing security measures to safeguard the organization’s infrastructure.
- Planning and executing infrastructure-related projects.
- Conducting regular maintenance and upgrades for optimal performance.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for infrastructure processes.
- Ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
- Proficiency in systems administration for Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience in virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Solid understanding of security best practices and tools.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective teamwork and clear technical communication.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are a plus.
