Job Description
We are seeking an IT intern to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced IT professionals and gain practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for computer and network systems, hardware, and software
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including cloud-based systems
- Assist in setting up new systems and networks, including cloud computing environments
- Assist in software and hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Collaborate with IT professionals on projects and initiatives, including cloud migration project
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software
- MCSE or CCNA certification would be a plus
- Knowledge or interest in cloud computing technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
