Job Opportunity: IT Intern
Position Overview:
Outwerk Solutions is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Intern to assist our company staff with computer-related issues and provide daily support for our computer network operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students in their final year of a BS in Computer Science, offering practical experience and potential for a permanent role within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for company staff.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and network devices.
- Monitor and maintain the computer network, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Anticipate and report costs related to replacing or updating computer equipment.
- Provide technical support for software applications and operating systems.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BS in Computer Science (Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student)
- Practical experience or knowledge of networking, hardware, and software is essential.
