Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Lead to join our team. As the IT Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT operations, ensuring the smooth running of our systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising the IT department, including providing guidance and support to team members.
- Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and address technology needs and requirements.
- Ensuring data security and privacy measures are in place and adhered to.
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services.
- Staying up to date with technological advancements and recommending innovative solutions to improve business processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco) would be a plus.
