Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager – Marketing Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technological solutions to enhance our marketing strategies and optimize overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing requirements and identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions.
- Manage and maintain marketing technology platforms, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Execute data-driven marketing campaigns by leveraging advanced analytics tools and technologies.
- Lead the implementation of marketing automation systems and oversee CRM integration.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure team members are knowledgeable in using marketing technologies.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
