Job Description
Position: IT Officer
Location: Karachi Office
Qualification: Bachelors in IT/Computer Science
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting and solve IT-related issues.
- Windows installation and tuning, printer configuration, installing and configuring other applications, etc.
- Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- LAN/WAN monitoring and management and perform day-to-day Networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability, and serviceability within minimal interruption.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems and assist in the development and enhancement of IT systems.
- Assist in warranty transaction of IT equipment and maintain IT Assets/Equipment database.
- Develop and conduct training for users and newly hired staff.
- Adopt innovation/initiative by the company in the context of hardware and software deployment and assist/guide users on that wherever possible.
- Perform any other helpdesk function that may be required by the company from time to time.
- Travel to the Site & offices in Pakistan and other such geographies, if required IT support.
