Job Description
SHED Foundation Hospital is actively seeking a motivated IT Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring the maintenance of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include assisting with software configurations, installations, and updates, and collaborating effectively with both development and operations teams to optimize performance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Previous experience in hardware maintenance is required. A strong understanding of computer systems, coupled with excellent communication skills, is essential for success in this position.
