Job Description
· Provide desktop support including installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and networks.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to assist with system setup and troubleshoot system and network problems.
· Create procedural documentation and relevant reports. Follow diagrams to repair faults and assist with new applications.
Key Skills:
· Ability to troubleshoot IT systems at a modular level.
· Knowledge of desktop operating systems like MAC, Linux, and related troubleshooting skills.
· Proficient in networking, hardware, and software.
· Team player with cross-functional work ability. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
