Role Description
This is a full-time role for an IT Presales Engineer at Habib Telecom located in Islamabad/Lahore. As an IT Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions and support to clients, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring network security. Additionally, you will be involved in networking activities and working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Information Technology skills
- Network Security and Networking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
