Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of IT Project Coordinator at EvolversTech. The ideal candidate will assist in project management activities and provide essential support to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives within set deadlines and budgets.
- Utilize project tracking tools to monitor progress and address potential issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards by applying QA background.
- Coordinate with QA teams for test plans execution to ensure project outcomes’ reliability and functionality.
- Provide personal assistance to key stakeholders through calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between team members and project managers.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless project coordination as a point of contact for team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in project management or a related role.
- Background in Quality Assurance with understanding of QA principles.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, and proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in administrative support and personal assistance.
