Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented technical project manager to oversee all project operations from inception to execution at BLK Soft. The technical project manager is responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines, and supervising team members.

To be successful in this role, you must be highly organized and able to multitask successfully under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projects.
• Pitching project ideas and securing approval before each project commences.
• Developing new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff.
• Create project plans with relevant team members.
• Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
• Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT outsourcing or software product company.
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and scope management.
• Demonstrated leadership and general management skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain a healthy team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
