Job Description

Experience Required: 1-2 years in desktop support.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 IT Support to users.
Required Skills:
– 1-2 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
– Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops.
– Experience in installing and troubleshooting printers and scanning devices.
– Knowledgeable in software and applications installation and support.
– Basic understanding of networking, including cable management, connectivity troubleshooting, and IP addressing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
Work Location: In-person
