Role Overview

In this key position, you will lead our IT sales efforts, especially in software products. You’ll work closely with our clients to build strong relationships, understand their specific needs, and develop tailored solutions that help them succeed. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional who excels in a fast-paced setting and is eager to significantly contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales cycle from discovery to closure, focusing on strategic approaches to achieve success.
  • Deepen relationships with current clients and actively seek new opportunities to drive sales.
  • Work with various teams to tailor solutions that address client requirements effectively.
  • Monitor market trends to anticipate client needs and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Represent the brand at industry events to enhance visibility and expand our network.
  • Accurately track sales activities and client interactions, adjusting tactics to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT sales background with over 5 years of experience, particularly in B2B and SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to not only meet but exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator, adept at closing deals with diverse clients confidently.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining long-term client relationships that drive business growth.
  • Analytical thinker capable of quickly identifying problems and crafting effective solutions.
  • Enjoys both independent work and collaboration within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is considered a plus.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
