Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive growth for Rolustech. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our client base, increase revenue, and strengthen our market position. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development within the IT services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead/Manage a vibrant team of Sales and Marketing individuals
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and clients in alignment with company goals and target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Come up with digital marketing strategies to generate leads
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant IT Industry experience.
- Selling CRM services like Salesforce, Sugar, MS Dynamics CRM etc. would be a big Plus
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience Required: 8-10 years
Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore.
