Job Description
- Creating and maintaining IT service management policies and procedures for customers, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management
- Overseeing day-to-day activities of the IT service department, managing HR aspects, and ensuring timely delivery of IT services
- Ensuring effective and timely delivery of IT services that align with business needs
- Controlling IT services budget and monitoring costs
- Managing communication with clients, suppliers, and other service providers within approved frameworks
- Identifying and managing risks related to IT service supply to ensure compliance with regulations
- Managing IT service tools and technologies for enhanced performance
Requirements:
- Candidate should have a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Skills and certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, COBIT, etc., are preferred
