Job Description
About the Job:
We are actively seeking an IT Specialist who possesses robust drive and enthusiasm, along with extensive expertise in this particular field.
Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Maintain and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
- Implement and oversee upgrades and new installations as required.
- Hardware and Software Vendor Management:
- Evaluate, negotiate contracts with, and manage relationships with hardware and software vendors.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and software licenses.
Network Management:
- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
IT Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records.
IT Disaster Management:
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and protocols to minimize disruptions in case of system failures or cyber incidents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or related fields.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field (Mid level position).
- Proven experience in IT.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
