Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a Support Associate specialized in IT to join our NLS (Network and Systems) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal team members in resolving IT-related issues.
- Provide first-level technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and solve complex issues.
