Job Description
Physicians Revenue Group is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Support Associate. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist in maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include offering first-level support, installing and configuring systems, managing networks, and assisting with user accounts.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, 6 months to 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team are essential.
This is a full-time position located in person.
