Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the service delivery team in managing and delivering services to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of service delivery processes.
- Support the development and implementation of service delivery strategies.
- Monitor service delivery metrics and generate reports for analysis.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to service delivery.
- Assist in service and process tracking.
- Act as a bridge between client end & services end.
- Responsible for updating the data.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in BBA, BSCS, BSIT, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience or coursework related to service delivery is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
