Job Description
Base Camp Data Solutions is looking for an IT Support Engineer to expand our team. As an IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate applications.
- Setup and troubleshooting of network devices such as switches and routers.
- Maintenance of POS peripherals and VoIP phone systems.
- Troubleshooting internet connectivity issues and supporting new store onboarding.
- Providing recommendations for hardware and software upgrades, ensuring system security.
- Conducting security assessments, formulating incident response plans, and delivering cybersecurity training.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of IT support experience.
- Familiarity with corporate applications, network devices, and VoIP systems.
- Experience in internet troubleshooting and managing cloud servers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and relevant certifications.
