Job Description
Client Company Introduction:
Our client is a Middle East based Leading Tech Firm. It promotes a culture of excellence, vitality, and innovation in all its business processes and services. The company provides Integrated IT Solutions with a focus on Contact Centre applications, IP Telephony, and IT Hardware, especially Huawei IPCC Framework.
Job Role:
- Extensive hands-on experience in Contact Centre applications and IP
- Thorough understanding of Java, VXML, Linux, and databases principles
- Preferably experience in IPCC applications like CTI, IVR, and recording solutions
- Escalation and coordination with the offshore team managing SLAs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Timings: 10AM – 6PM
