Job Description
We are hiring for our client, Mushko Printing Solutions, looking for an IT Support Engineer with 2 years of corporate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring WAN communication links between remote locations and Head office using networking monitoring software.
- Timely logging complaints to network service provider/ISP in case of link issues.
- Diagnosing and rectifying problems related to network service providers.
- Monitoring environmental status of Data Center and other critical areas.
- Providing IT helpdesk services and support to end-users.
- Operating Video Conferencing equipment for remote sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field required.
- 2-3 years of experience in Technical Support/Helpdesk.
- Rotational shifts may apply.
